During each scheduled visit, we perform a detailed walkthrough of your interior, including:
   •    Inspection of formal and informal living spaces, primary suites, guest wings, and entertainment

         areas
   •    Monitoring of climate and humidity levels to protect finishes, woodwork, and artwork
   •    Checks on wine rooms, specialty appliances, and custom features
   •    Verification of security panels, smart-home systems, cameras, and access controls

         (where accessible)
   •    Inspection for water intrusion, condensation, mold, pests, or structural concerns
   •    Confirming lighting scenes and shades operate as programmed where applicable

   •    Oversight of pool/spa appearance and basic function (in coordination with your pool service)
   •    Monitoring of landscaping and irrigation impact on the home’s foundation and surfaces
   •    Checks on driveways, paths, exterior lighting, gates, and entry features
   •    Confirmation that outdoor furnishings, grills, and decor are secure and properly staged
